<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support execution of realtime software applications with high level functions which significantly reduce development time, in order to solve increase of the development time due to unique complexity associated with writing of a code which directly interacts with low level primitive. <P>SOLUTION: A pervasive realtime framework 12 supports execution of realtime software applications with high level functions in a new operating environment paradigm in which realtime connections between a plurality of network nodes (16-26) are pervasive.
