The water radiator has a flask having glass rods with inlet and outlet. The cocks are provided in the upper portion of the glass rods. The glass rods are arranged internally parallel to one another in the flask, through which inert gas and protective gas are flowed. The protective gas is flowed through one glass rod. The excess inert gas is flowed out through lower output end of other glass rod. The water inlet and water outlet are positioned in flask at location near both neck portions of the flask.
