<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set power of each of wave signals to be combined without considerably modifying and complicating the configuration regarding a power control apparatus which sets power of any one of a plurality of wave signals to a value suited to a degree of impedance matching in a line used for delivering a synthetic wave resulting from combining the plurality of wave signals. <P>SOLUTION: A power control apparatus sets power of wave signals to be generated by any one of a plurality of signal sources to a value Lev suited to a degree of impedance matching in a line used for delivering a synthetic wave of wave signals generated by the plurality of signal sources. The power control apparatus comprises monitor means which monitors the power set individually by all or a part of other signal sources than the one signal source among the plurality of signal sources, and other system cooperation means which sets the value Lev to a value Lopt matched to the combination of power monitored by the monitor means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
