<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow neutral control even during an engine stop while suppressing an engagement shock of a normally closed clutch with an engine restart. <P>SOLUTION: An input side common route 81, a forward transmission route 82, a reverse transmission route 83, and an output side common route 84 are provided between an engine 11 and driving wheels 18f, 18r. The forward transmission route 82 is provided with an electric forward clutch 43 activated in conjunction with a select operation. The reverse transmission route 83 is provided with an electric reverse brake 44 actuated in conjunction with the select operation. The output side common route 84 is provided with a normally closed clutch 14 having a spring 75 biasing a piston 72 in an engagement direction. Accordingly, the normally closed clutch 14 is held in a slip state even during an engine stop, and an engagement shock of the normally closed clutch 14 with an engine restart is suppressed.
