The plant has power transmission ropes (101-104) forming a triangle, tetrahedron or pyramid, where entire length of triangle, tetrahedron or pyramid remains constant. The ropes produce guides to a kite (109) so that cyclic rope movement is generated during flying movement for ensuring constant energy transmission. The energy is transferred and converted into mechanical system so that power at a machine i.e. generator, is constant. The ropes are connected over deflection rollers. The kite is directly controlled by the ropes.
