摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of increasing the power generation efficiency of a photoelectric conversion device by the shape of an electrode. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises: a substrate; a first output electrode; one or more photoelectric conversion cells; and a plurality of linear conductive parts. The first output electrode is placed on the substrate. A second output electrode is placed on the substrate while spaced apart from the first output electrode in one direction. The one or more photoelectric conversion cells are interposed between the first output electrode and the second output electrode on the substrate. The plurality of linear conductive parts are extending in one direction from the first output electrode to one principal surface of the one or more photoelectric conversion cells. The first output electrode has a first region located on one end side thereof in one direction, and a second region located on the other end side of the first output electrode in one direction and connected with the plurality of linear conductive parts.
