<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a polarizing plate which is capable of uniformly pressurizing a laminate constituting the polarizing plate, and an apparatus for manufacturing a polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a polarizing plate includes: a process for applying an active energy ray curable adhesive; a process for sticking a transparent film and a polarizing film by pressing at least one of a pair of sticking rolls toward a direction of the other sticking roll in a state where a laminate formed by laminating the transparent film on one surface or both surfaces of the polarizing film via the adhesive is interposed between the pair of sticking rolls 51, 52 rotating in a conveyance direction; a process for curing the adhesive by irradiating the laminate with the active energy ray. At least one of the pair of sticking rolls 51, 52 is a double bent roll including a double structure composed of a central axis 51a and a roll part 51b having an outer peripheral surface, and no deflection occurs on the outer peripheral surface of the roll part 51b even when deflection occurs on the central axis 51a since the central axis 51a and the roll part 51b are partially joined. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
