<p>Provided are a charge/discharge control method and a charge/discharge control device that are capable of maintaining an electricity storage device at an appropriate partially charged state, by estimating a degree of deterioration and performing charge/discharge control. When a status detection request signal is input to a status detection unit (103) (step S1), a determination is made in step S3 whether or not the selection conditions for status detection mode 1 have been fulfilled. If the selection conditions for status detection mode 1 have been fulfilled, status detection pre-charging is performed on a storage battery (11) in step S4, and status detection of the storage battery (11) is performed in step S5. On the other hand, if a determination has been made that the selection conditions for status detection mode 1 have not been fulfilled, status detection in status detection mode 2 is performed in step S9. In step S11, a charge/discharge control command value required to move the storage battery (11) to a prescribed partially charged state is created, on the basis of the status detection results.</p> |
