LICENSE PLATE RECOGNIZING APPARATUS OF A GOOD FARE ADJUSTMENT

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recognizing a license plate is provided to efficiently improve a storage capacity by separately storing image data at need. CONSTITUTION: An entry sensor(4) is installed at the entrance of a parking lot to sense a vehicle. A first camera module(6) and a second camera module(8) photograph a front license plate or a rear license plate on both sides of an entry. An administrator monitors the vehicle in a remote office or a manual fare adjustment office of an exit section through a monitor(10). A control unit(16) controls the first and second camera modules to photograph the license plate and stores vehicle and license plate image data. A data storage unit(14) stores the text data of the license plate and time information by matching the text data with still image data.
