PURPOSE: A system for automatically forming a tax invoice and a method thereof are provided to enable each issuer of the tax invoice to directly use data, which is inputted by an opposite business connection, without registering business connections, thereby eliminating inconvenience and time consumption corresponding to business connection input. CONSTITUTION: A data transmitting/receiving module(11) receives member information, business connection information, and transaction history information from a plurality of client terminals and provides at least one of business operator information to the client terminals. A data mining module(12) performs data mining with the received information. A tax invoice forming module(13) forms a tax invoice by using the business operator information. A business operator information forming unit of the tax invoice forming module forms information of a supplier and a person, who receives a supply, of the tax invoice.
