PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing GABAergic neurons which is differentiated by treating adipose-derived stem cells with CBM-1078 for preventing and treating neuropathic pain is provided to protect neurons, and to regenerates nerves. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating adult stem cells to GABAergic neurons comprises a step of culturing the adult stem cells in a differentiation medium containing a low molecular compound. The low molecular compound induces neurons, and is CBM-1078. The adult stem cells are derived from adipose. The concentration of the low molecular compound is 0.2-5 nM.
