Disclosed are a heat exchanger for condensation in clothes drying and a clothes drying system and a clothes dryer and a drying method thereof, wherein the heat exchanger (1) is an external air cooling type heat exchanger and internally comprises two groups of air channels, in different directions and not in communication with each other; the two groups of air channels are condensation channels (11) and external air channels (12); each group of air channels is composed of a plurality of air chambers; the air chambers of the two groups of air channels are spaced alternately; the space between every two adjacent air chambers of the same group of air channels is one air chamber of the other group of air channels. The clothes dryer comprises a clothes barrel (2), an air outlet (21), a filter (3), an air dryer (5), a heating device (6), and an air inlet (22), as well as a water-collecting box (4); the air outlet (21) is in communication with the heat exchanger (1), the heat exchanger (1) is in communication with the water-collecting box (4), the water-collecting box (4) is in communication with the air inlet (22), the filter (3) is arranged between the air outlet (21) and the heat exchanger (1), and the air dryer (5) and the heating device (6) are arranged sequentially between the water-collecting box (4) and the air inlet (22). The present invention features a simple structure, low production costs and high efficiency of heat exchange.
