PURPOSE: An optical fiber lighting apparatus for road safety for emitting light through an optical fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to make a program according to desired logos and shapes, thereby improving visibility. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(1) generates light. An optical fiber lighting unit(2) lights optical fiber by utilizing multiple optical fibers(21). The optical fiber delivers light received by the light source unit. The optical fiber is implanted with various designs. An external unit(3) protects the optical fiber lighting unit.
