The element (1) has two bottom fixable posts (2) between which panels (4) are arranged. The posts comprise grooves at sides facing each other. The panels engage with an end section and are made of a mixture of natural fibers e.g. wood chips, and a polymeric material e.g. polyethylene, by extrusion. The panels comprise outwardly protruding ribs arranged in regular intervals at two opposed sides. The grooves at the posts are back-cut formed and comprise a tapered neck section. The panels are latchable with each other. A retainer is formed between the ribs.
