METHOD FOR INFORMING DRIVING BOUNDARY OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE

PURPOSE: A driving range guiding method of an electric vehicle is provided to calculate the maximum drivable distance from current location and indicate the range with a concentric circle or an arc, thereby enabling a driver to exactly recognize the battery recharging point of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: By using the location information of a navigation, a driver checks current location of an electric vehicle(S100), and calculates the drivable distance which is proportional to the battery voltage of the electric vehicle(S200). By using the calculated drivable distance information of the electric vehicle and the location information, the driver calculates the drivable area and outputs the driving range on a map(S300).
