PURPOSE: An exhaust gas accelerating device for a chimney using wind power is provided to obtain an excellent effect to rise and diffuse exhaust gas when one side of a space forming member is fixed to an outer wall forming member and the other side is fixed to an inner wall forming member. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust gas accelerating device for a chimney using wind power comprises an inner wall forming member(10), an outer wall forming member(20), and a space forming member(30). The inner wall forming member is formed in a reverse-funnel shape and includes a chimney insertion hole(11) on a central part. The outer wall forming member includes an air inlet hole(21) and an air outlet hole(23). The cross section area of the air outlet hole is smaller than the area of the air inlet hole. The space forming member connects the inner wall forming member and the outer wall forming member without partitioning an air converting space.
