PURPOSE: A device and a method for manufacturing lacquer paint are provided to manufacture lacquer paint of which the physical and chemical characteristics are improved. CONSTITUTION: A lacquer paint manufacturing device(100) comprises a reactor(200); a bubbler(300) disposed on a wall of the reactor; and a grinding device(400) disposed on the bottom part of the reactor. The device further comprises an air pump(700) connected to the bubbler. The bubbler is disposed on the lower part of the wall of the reactor and further comprises a recycle pipe(500) which is connected to the lower part of the grinding device and the upper part of the reactor. A lacquer paint manufacturing method comprises the steps of: preparing a raw material mixture by mixing urushiol and natural lacquer sap; and producing lacquer paint by polymerizing the raw material mixture. |
