PURPOSE: A bracket device for holding an LCD TV on a bus and a mounting method thereof are provided to improve dustproof and soundproof efficiency when mounting the TV, to improve fuel efficiency by lightening the weight, and to minimize damage in an accident. CONSTITUTION: A bracket device for holding an LCD TV on a bus comprises a pair of side brackets(100), a ceiling bracket(200), a first fixing member, and a second fixing member. The side brackets are fixed to the TV at both sides of the LCD TV. The ceiling bracket is combined with an upper part of the side bracket and is fixed to a ceiling of the bus. The first fixing member fixes the side bracket to the ceiling bracket. The second fixing member fixes the ceiling bracket to the ceiling of the bus.
