METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIQUID FERTILIZER USING ANIMAL RAW BLOOD

PURPOSE: A method for preparing liquid fertilizer is provided to be used as organic fertilizer using animal blood by fermenting remaining liquid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps. Animal blood is sifted through at a size of 10-30 mesh to get rid of unnecessary substances. The sifted blood is steamed at a temperature of 100-120°C for 80-120 minutes. The heated blood is separated into solid content and filtrate. The filtrate is inserted into a fermenting tub which is fixed with a whisk and an aerator. The filtrate is vaccinated with bacillus sonorensis and supplied with air and fermented at a temperature of 30-40°C for 10-20 days. The fermented filtrate is mixed with ceramic powder which is turned into particle type from melting mineral mixtures.
