<p>PURPOSE: A photovoltaic power generating apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily remove defects by using solutions with sodium chloride in a buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: A rear electrode layer(200) is formed on a substrate. A light absorption layer(300) is formed on the rear electrode layer. A buffer layer(400) is formed on the light absorption layer. Solutions with the salt of a I group element are used. A front electrode layer is formed on the buffer layer.</p> |
