PURPOSE: A book information providing system using a marker and a method thereof are provided to efficiently supply contents about a specific page by using the marker. CONSTITUTION: A marker information providing unit(120) provides information about a marker photographed by a marker photographing unit(110). A book information receiving unit(130) receives book information corresponding to the marker from the server. A display unit(140) outputs the received book information. The book information is information about a preset page of a book corresponding to the marker.
