PURPOSE: A casino table game chip management system and a game management control method thereof are provided to eliminate fraudulent act by verifying the distribution of game chips and monitoring the verification. CONSTITUTION: A table information management unit(100) manages game chip distribution and game information about game chips on each game table and provides monitoring information. The table information management unit includes an RFID(Radio Frequency Identification System) reader, a customer information input unit, an information management terminal, and a display device. The information management terminal registers and manages chip RFID reading information, generates game monitoring information according to game progressing, and generates and manages game display information. A central game management server(200) confirms and manages real time game information and game chip management information about each game table.
