PURPOSE: A communication method of a transmission and reception point, a communication method, and a terminal thereof are provided to reduce overhead by selectively giving feedback on channel information for cooperative transmission and reception points. CONSTITUTION: A terminal processor(1210) measures the strength of a signal received from two or more transmission and reception points. The terminal processor searches for one or more transmission and reception points. A terminal RF(Radio Frequency) unit(1205) transmits the chance information of the searched transmission and reception point. The strength of the signal is an RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator).
