POLYAMID NANOFILTRATION MEMBRANE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A polyamide based nano separation film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce waste water treatment cost by selectively removing polymer materials or olygomers having a molecular weight 1,000 or more included in effluent and to reuse as processing water after maximally permeating and collecting monovalent and divalent ion components by lowering sodium removal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A polyamide based nano separation film is composed of polyamide films formed on the porous scaffold. The polyamide film is formed by interfacial polymerization of an organic solution which includes amine reactive compound. The amine reactive compound is one or more selected from a group consisting of an aqueous solution contained multi-functional amine, multi-functional acyl halide, multi-functional sulfonylhalide, and multi-functional isocynate. The surface charge characteristic of the polyamide based nano separation film is neutralized by cross-polymerizing amine compound with amine compound of unreacted anion which is existed on the polyamide thin film surface.
