PURPOSE: A customized video education system using digital textbooks and a method thereof are provided to match additional content with main video data and to edit video data according to a group or level of students. CONSTITUTION: A learning management server(400) classifies teachers and students into groups and manages the same and divides and manages video data and additional content according to grades and levels. A teacher terminal(100) reedits the additional content and the video data stored in the learning management server according to the grades or groups to write customized video data. The teacher terminal provides the customized video data to a student terminal(200) according to the groups or grades.
