METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AC/DC POWER CONSUMPTION

PURPOSE: AC/DC power use monitoring method and a system thereof are provided to collect and monitor different types of power consumption. CONSTITUTION: Smart meters measure power consumption in devices(S810) and transmit the measured power consumption to a monitoring server through a bridge(S820). The monitoring server monitors and compares the AC power consumption transmitted from the AC smart meters through the bridge and the DC power consumption transmitted from the DC smart meters through the bridge. The monitoring server controls operation of the AD devices and DC devices based on the compared result.
