PURPOSE: An air conditioner installation guide system and a utilization method thereof are provided to install an air conditioner through selecting or arranging an air conditioner suitable for an installation environment. CONSTITUTION: A memory part(23) stores floor plan information of a building at which an air conditioner is to be installed. A display part(20) provides a user interface for the design of air conditioner arrangement. Piping materials connecting an outdoor unit and an indoor unit are wired on a floor plan display part. A riser-hole point, connecting one floor with another floor forming the building, is formed on the floor plan display part.
