PURPOSE: Electrophoretic particles, a method for fabricating the same, and an electrophoretic display having the same are provided to block the ultraviolet ray coming from a color material by using an anti-ultraviolet layer, and to prevent the deterioration of the color material and the optical, electrical, and chemical deterioration of other materials adjacent to the color material. CONSTITUTION: Electrophoretic particles(40) include a color material(10), an anti-ultraviolet layer(20) and a polymer binder(30). The color material reflects the light coming from the outside. The anti-ultraviolet layer covers the color material and blocks the ultraviolet ray coming from the color material. The color material disperses the polymer binder. The appearance of the electrophoretic particles is made of the polymer binder.
