PURPOSE: A side part cutting device for composite rubber cord paper is provided to precisely cut recycled composite rubber cord paper which has a fixed narrow width from the cut end of waste composite rubber cord paper which has an irregular width and to recycle the cut recycled composite rubber cord paper. CONSTITUTION: A side part cutting device for composite rubber cord paper comprises a first winding roll fixing unit(10), a center transfer guide(20), a side end transfer guide(30), a cord paper cutting unit(40), a second winding roll fixing unit(50), and a third winding roll fixing unit(60). The cord paper cutting unit cuts more than one sheet of recycled composite rubber cord paper(101) with a predetermined width from the side end transfer guide unit where waste composite rubber paper is transferred with the cut end which is constantly maintained by the side end transfer guide. The second winding roll fixing unit winds the recycled composite rubber cord paper which is cut by the cord paper cutting unit around a second winding roll(51), and stores the recycled composite rubber cord paper. The third winding roll fixing unit winds scraps of composite rubber cord paper which is left after the recycled composite rubber cord paper is cut by the cord paper cutting unit around a third winding roll(61), and stores the scraps of composite rubber cord paper.
