<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the temperature rise around a movable element. <P>SOLUTION: An actuator according to one embodiment includes: a linear motor; a dividing member, and a fan. The linear motor linearly moves a shaft serving as a movable element. The dividing member divides a space between a control board which is provided near the shaft and controls the linear motor and the shaft.
