<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-coated frozen dessert that is eaten by peeling a jelly part by a simple method of making a cut and peeling with hands, etc., makes a person appreciate a new way of eating and has excellent peelability and a jelly-coated frozen dessert that makes eaters appreciate contrast of different textures of jelly part and frozen dessert part. <P>SOLUTION: The frozen dessert is coated with a jelly solution containing one or more gelling agents of the following (1) to (3): (1) carrageenan and locust bean gum and/or mannan, (2) xanthan gum and locust bean gum, and (3) native type gellan gum, and having a sugar content adjusted to not less than 20 degrees and less than 60 degrees. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
