<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home delivery support system which raises efficiency of delivery time for a delivery clerk and a delivery car, and can save fuel expenses. <P>SOLUTION: A delivery agent makes a client authentication RFID tag to be attached to a package locker and a client information recording medium loaded on a management box from client information obtained over the Internet, etc. from a client receiving a home delivery support service. The management box carried by the delivery clerk is applied to the package locker managed by the client for authentication. When authenticated, the package is taken in/out by turning on the power and unlocking an electric lock. The package locker includes two systems of the electric lock and a cylinder lock which is locked/unlocked by the client, wherein a notch of the electric lock is engaged with a lever of the cylinder lock, thereby opening the door by unlocking either one of the locks and unopening the door by locking either one of the locks.
