PURPOSE: An interface device of a portable terminal is provided to implement a mobile phone charging function in a keyboard, thereby efficiently using power inputted to the keyboard. CONSTITUTION: An input unit includes a character key(110), a function key(120), and a mode conversion switch(130). A data input/output terminal(200) inputs and outputs data by connecting to a portable terminal. A video signal input/output terminal receives a video signal outputted from an input/output device or the data input/output terminal and outputs the video signal to a monitor(30). A conversion unit is converted into a computer operation mode or a portable terminal operation mode corresponding to input of the input unit and interfaces the portable terminal with the computer or the monitor. When the portable terminal is connected to the data input/output terminal, a power terminal supplies power to charge the portable terminal.
