<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater in which a tank and an exterior body can be easily united together. <P>SOLUTION: The water heater having a hot-water supply pipe-side connection part above the tank is characterized in that while a tank fixture is mounted on the hot-water supply pipe-side connection part above the tank, the hot-water supply pipe-side connection part and a tank-side connection part are connected to each other, and an upper part of the tank fixture and a top panel are fixed.
