<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery control device which can properly detect a transition of the charge-discharge region of a negative-electrode active material. <P>SOLUTION: The battery control device comprises: acoustic emission detection means 20 which detects an acoustic emission signal generated from inside a battery; signal augmentation detection means 10 which detects that the acoustic emission signal has increased; storage means 10 which has stored beforehand information indicating the relationship between flexion points in a charge/discharge curve associated with a transition of the charge/discharge region of a negative-electrode active material and generation of the acoustic emission signal as charge/discharge flexion point-signal generation information; and determination means 10 which, when an augmentation of the acoustic emission signal is detected by the signal augmentation detection means, determines the charge/discharge region of the negative-electrode active material of the battery on the basis of the charge/discharge flexion point-signal generation information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
