<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal conductive sheet that is easy to handle even when the thermal conductive sheet has a small thickness. <P>SOLUTION: First and second insulating sheets 12 and 13 are disposed on both surfaces of a graphite sheet 11, and first and second release sheets 15 and 16 are further disposed thereon. An adhesive force of the first insulating sheet 12 and the first release sheet 15 is stronger than an adhesive force of the second insulating sheet 13 and the second release sheet 16. The first release sheet 15 includes a slit line 17 that divides an area provided with a thermal conductive sheet 14 into a first region 18 and a second region 19. The area of the first region 18 is three times or more of the area of the second region 19. The outer periphery of the thermal conductive sheet 14 and the slit line 17 intersect each other through at least two points. The thermal conductive sheet 14 and the slit line 17 intersect at approximately right angles at one intersection point 20, and intersect at an acute angle at the other intersection point 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
