The drug for the treatment of human hyperplastic and inflammatory diseases comprises 3,3'-diindolylmethane as the active principle and a carrier comprising a mixture of fish oil and at least one polysorbate, with the following content of components in wt. %: 3,3'-diindolylmethane, 1-20, fish oil 10-20, remainder polysorbate.
