PURPOSE: An apparatus for compensating length change in a superconducting cable is provided to control change of a cable cryostat when the cable cryostat is adjusted by a refrigerant temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cryostat guide apparatus includes a holder(2). The holder supports a cryostat(1) at an arch type-arranged part of the cryostat. The holder is guided to move along a vertical direction to a longitudinal axis of the cryostat.
