METHOD FOR MAKING BUTTER AND MILK PRODUCTS

A method for making butter and milk products comprises incoming of a product into a hollow of a product chamber of a plated scraper heat-exchanger. Then delivery and discharge of a cold carrier or a heat carrier into heat-exchanging plates is carried out through the openings in the upper part of a heat-exchanging plate. The product is gripped by scrapers and delivered to the next one through the openings of the heat-exchanging plate and further into the product chamber. The plated scraper heat-exchanger is completed with heat-exchanging plates.
