A method for drying small-piece food products, which comprises continuous loading and unloading, forming a centrifugal fluidized layer of the product on the account of rotating of a perforated drum and a tangential air flow. In addition, the heat is brought to the product on the account of infrared irradiation, and the air is supplied to the drum with sufficiently lesser heating. |
