<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radio resource waste and battery consumption, accompanying the restoration of a mobile station from a DRX state to a non-DRX state, by the transmission and reception of a PDCP status report at handover or reconnection. <P>SOLUTION: A DRX controller 109 in a base station 100A transmits a DRX command MAC CE to the mobile station, if a lapse time, measured by a pending timer for measuring the lapse time from the start of the handover or the reconnection of the mobile station, exceeds a pending timer threshold longer than a time required for the transmission of the PDCP status report and the transmission confirmation of the PDCP status report, and if a time, measured by an inactive timer for measuring a nonexistent time of data to be transmitted to the mobile station, exceeds an inactive timer threshold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
