摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system for bills for efficiently retrieving the telephone call recording content relevant to contact history by easily retrieving the telephone call recording content corresponding to retrieval conditions such as a keyword since telephone call recording data can be associated with contact history information, however, the content relevant to the contact history cannot be retrieved by specifying the keyword in the conventional manner. <P>SOLUTION: A customer information management system which converts voice data which is contact information with a customer into character data to be managed has: contact history information data input means for inputting contact history information data with the customer; character data association means for associating the character data with the contact history information data; and display means for displaying the contact history information data with the character data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
