A metal shell of a steel-concrete element consists of a metal profiled sheet at one side of which cut at angle 45 degrees edges come to each other and form an angle 90 degrees, connection of those is provided by means of bent equilateral angle elements and welding with semi-automated apparatus in inert gas. In the metal profiled sheet cuts are provided by “cut line”, by depth of height of crimp, with cutting zones of metal sheet, after that bending of the blank by “bend line” by angle 90 degrees takes place, and the openings in the crimps are closed with angle elements that are mounted by means of welded seam. |
