<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout that inhibits the intrusion of medical solution therein to efficiently prevent remaining of the medical solution even when sterilization treatment with the medical solution is performed, and that can correspond to the aseptic charging and ensure the spouting property of the content solution. <P>SOLUTION: The spout with a cap includes: the spout 1 including a cylindrical body 3 having a space inside serving as a spouting passage 2 for a content solution penetrated therethrough; and a selding portion 4 positioned at a lower part of the cylindrical body and having a welding surface extending downward from a top plate and the peripheral edge of the top plate, and also including the cap 30 engaged with the spout. A thin film portion 11 that seals the opening serving as the spouting passage for the content is formed on the bottom surface of the selding portion, and a breakable score that extends radially from the center is formed on the upper surface of the thin film portion, and a breakable radial score 13 is broken radially from the center and the think film portion that is divided into a plurality of pieces with the broken radial score is pushed inside the spouting passage 2, causing the spouting passage to pass through. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
