<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing fine particle powders of form I crystal of candesartan cilexetil substantially not containing hard particles with the diameter of 100 μm or larger and being stable with little increase of desethyl body. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: mixing candesartan cilexetil with a mixture of ketone with the carbon number of 1-4 and water or a solvent consisting of alcohol with the carbon number of 1-4; dissolving the mixture at a temperature of 40-60°C; subsequently cooling the mixture to 32-38°C; and aging the mixture at the temperature of 32-38°C for 30 minutes to 10 hours, thereby depositing the form I crystal of candesartan cilexetil not containing hard particles with the diameter of 100 μm or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
