<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a patterned film forming member in which color mixture is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method for manufacturing the patterned film forming member in which patterned films are formed on a base material by carrying out predetermined times of passes where droplets are discharged on the base material while a discharged head for discharging as the droplet a functional fluid containing the material of the patterned film and the base material are being relatively moved. The method includes an area setting step for setting allowed areas where the hitting of the droplets is allowed at patterned film forming areas that are partitioned by partition parts formed on the base material and a fluid coating step for coating the functional fluid on the allowed areas, and in the area setting step the positions of the allowed areas where the hitting of the droplets is allowed are set in accordance with the number of the times of the passes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
