A relief valve includes an adjusting piston which is slidable by the action of a pilot pressure, a pilot poppet on which a spring force of a setting spring adjusted by a sliding movement of the adjusting piston acts in a valve closing direction, a spring chamber into which a spring for exerting a spring force opposing the pilot pressure is incorporated, and an air vent hole which is formed in the spring chamber and exposes the spring chamber to outside. |
