<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further increase efficiency in delivery business by reducing redelivery caused by absence of a receiver, by informing the receiver of delivery information before delivering a home delivery cargo, even when a telephone number of the receiver is unknown when requesting home delivery from a sender, and an electronic mail address of the receiver cannot be acquired. <P>SOLUTION: An arrival expected date and time of a delivery cargo to a delivery branch office is calculated from accepting branch office specific information and the delivery cargo accepting time received from an accepting branch office installing device and transport diagram information, the delivery expected date and time to the receiver is calculated from a calculating result and each branch office delivery schedule information, and postcard data is generated by including an address and a name of the receiver of the delivery cargo as information on a delivery postcard address to the receiver, and information for specifying a delivery item, the delivery expected date and time of the delivery cargo and a changing method of the delivery expected date and time as information on delivery postcard communication, to be transmitted to a delivery branch office installing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
