<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation device and program capable of improving a tire characteristic in an unrolling state, especially the estimation accuracy of an overturning moment of a tire. <P>SOLUTION: A device for estimating a tire characteristic in an unrolling state includes a variable value input part 15 for receiving a load radius RL and a camber angle CA of a tire T, and an estimation value arithmetic part 17 for estimating a ground load Fz of the tire T on the basis of the load radius RL and the camber angle CA, and estimating an overturning moment Mx of the tire T on the basis of a quadratic expression of the ground load Fz and a cubic expression of the camber angle CA. Thus, a curvilinear characteristic of the overturning moment Mx can be properly represented, and the estimation accuracy of the overturning moment Mx of the tire T can be improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
