<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail system which reproduces animation regardless of a frame for an insertion position, and performs insertion to an arbitrary position in a mail text. <P>SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 on a transmission side composing a mail system comprises a mail generation function which generates a mail including a GIF image file in a mail text in which an animation program is stored in an extension block of the image file which can be handled by an HTML mail system, and a mail transmission function which transmits the generated mail using the HTML mail system. A portable terminal 10' on a reception side comprises: a mail reception function which receives the mail transmitted from the portable terminal 10; a synthesis function which reads the animation program stored in the extension block of the GIF image file included in the mail text of the received mail and synthesizes animation specified by the read animation program into the mail text; and a function to reproduce the animation synthesized by the synthesis function. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
